This is a 12 inch long section of correct, fuel immersible grade, 'Gates' high quality filler hose. This internally wire re-inforced, specification, hose prevents collapse as it retains its shape and curves to fit the offset between the filler and tank neck, preventing it from kinking, to avoid slow fuel filling, fuel blowback etc. Certified as correct nitrile, fuel immersible, spec. It is nit cheap, straight cut hose, it is steel re-inforced, correct automotive spec. Normal rubber hose will slowly dissolve into the fuel system and cause expensive blockages. Original Ref.
