1 x 9850. XK120 ROADSTER, Steel Rear Hood Location Bar or originally termed as a 'floating hoodstick'.This version is specifically for the XK120 Roadster and glues into a fold in the hood material bottom seam. The triangular wing is ground down to a wedge shape to locate into the teardrop neatly with the mohair covering.
NOTE : This should be treated with a good rust resistant plating or paint to prevent rust forming in the fold after the hood gets wet.
These were originally flash-chromed, but you can probably find a far more effective, modern, corrosion resistant finish now.
