1 x 2382 Window Glass Lift Channel, 16" Long. Here we have our product made for us to exact original, heavy duty spec. construction. Manufactured for us by a top sheet metal bending company, we can truly say this product is engineered perfectly with exact spot welds so as not to distort the run channel as other welding/ braising methods do. Engineering tolerance is +/- 0.2mm run out i.e a near perfect parallel channel. This will give your window winder the smoothest operation as it lifts/drops.
This was a common section across the automotive industry until the 80's development of modern electric cable window systems created new and wonderful designs, finally making this obsolete.
It will fit applications that used standard Wilmot Breedon window winder specification parts (3/4 inch / 19mm regulator 'wheels' ) as their ref. 2/11559 . BD9125. BD9126.BD10094.BD10095
Suits all Jaguar XK120, XK140 and XK150 (The unique XK150 Roadster will require a longer section) and many other other vehicles with manual window winders. Sorry we do not have any other info on other vehicles.
Use a thick glazing rubber (and perhaps an adhesive) to mount glass into this section See :6741
