3504 x 1. A new clutch drop arm lever which sits on the right hand side of the XK150 bellhousing, which, in turn, actuates the thrust bearing on the cross-shaft. It is a shorter (approx 12mm) version of the XK120/140 manual lever clutch arm and holds the clutch adjuster rod via a trunnion which locates within it's yoke. (Hole centres on this arm are offset but approx. centres are 68mm). Manufactured from our own tooling, out of a heavy duty SG iron (not aluminium). Original Ref. C12942.

Please refer to our fitting advice sheet and use a new trunnion for the smoothest actuation on this often difficult to set-up component.

NOTE : All associated parts, such as the improved mounting bracket, adjuster rod assembly, slave cylinder etc. are available from our extensive catalogue, even the rare 'Thackeray' (double) washer (our part no. 3508) to the bellhousing!!

It is correct for original fitment onto Jaguar XK150, and also as the modification needed onto any XK120 or  XK140 that is CONVERTED TO HYDRAULIC slave cylinder actuation, which is common with many custom gearbox conversions, to simplify the conversion.

COMMON MISTAKE : Left Hand Drive XK120 / XK140 vehicles will require the manual actuating drop lever mounting in the correct XK150 Slave cylinder position, which is on the RIGHT HAND SIDE OF BELLHOUSING. The hydraulic piping re-routes over the gearbox to the LHD operating pedal on these models ( SEE : XK150 Clutch to Slave Feed Pipes )
