SE830P140. A new uprated bore, for the Later Engined XK140, Sump Oil pick-up pipe to fit directly to our SE830 modern, big bore oil pump inlet. Later engines are listed as FROM Engine No. G.1908 onwards use this later design oil pump). Developed for racing for the maximum unrestricted oil flow. This assembly upgrades pipe C8606 with securing clips C6824 & C8779 and end spring C6828 & C6829 plate.
NOTE: To fit to early engines the different design of oil pump needs to be replaced with a later oil pump which requires a special adaptor kit. THIS IS A UNIQUE SPECIAL ORDER PART SO PLEASE ASK FOR DETAILS.
IMPORTANT NOTE : THIS PIPE WILL NOT FIT INTO AN ORIGINAL PERIOD XK OIL PUMP AS THE BORE IS BIGGER ( but you should fit a new pump anyway. SEE : SE830 )
