NOTE : The protrusions (kinks) on this spring are made to project through the slots on the inner rim, creating pressure against the back of the lens. We suggest assembly using a paperclip as a retainer for each kink, inserting through the slots to keep it in place and avoid injury from them springing back out as you assemble. Have fun with this one.
