2 x 4400. This is a listing for a pair of exhaust mounting brackets, these are known as flat mounts and are used on each XK140 & XK150 tailpipe end. Therefore, a twin system requires 2 off, a single system just one. A high-quality rubber and coated steel part.  Replacing these can reduce noise from the underside. Original Ref. C8397.

PLEASE NOTE : These are rubber mounting rubbers, and are for bumpstop or compression, they are NOT restraints. The exhaust boxes should be HUNG from the body  then the pipes are attached and manipulated to entail an un-stressed fitting (hung) so that it will not try to rip itself from the vehicle. Like all fitment on all XK models, spacers should be fitted underneath if additional height is required, rather that forcing the brackets to stretch and fail prematurely. Correct fitting should, in reality, allow them to slide into position and then be secured without any stretching tension on them.
