Shims cut in thickest thickness 0.025". For Salisbury equipped vehicles
with 2HA to 4HA design axles. For the standard later spec. XK axles,
which feature a 5-bolt pattern, which from the factory were the models
listed as Late XK120 (2HA), XK140 (4HA) & XK150 (4HA). Made on our
tooling by our specialist UK shim manufacturer. Original reference
numbers, Salisbury : 2HA-053 or Jaguar : 3870
NOTE
: Sold in 2 off quantity as shims should be fitted equally each side
according to the service manual: ' The same number of shims should be
fitted on either side to centralise the halfshafts, the combined end
play on which should be from 0.006" to 0.008" (0.15 to 0.20mm) .'
