For the Later evolutions of the XK Engine, so not correct, but commonly offered as its cheaper to make and will fit XK120 LATE, XK140 & XK150 (and many other XK engined vehicles) bellhousings. This is the later Jaguar spec steel bellhousing inspection / cover plate for the open front / underside inspection area which the C5068 Clutch Housing casting leaves exposed. Original Ref.
