5040KIT. A complete kit of 5040 Late XK150 Chrome plated rear stop / tail  Light Plinth units & 5116 Pair of Lens Assemblies with upper lens Seal, 6040 Rubber Seals to Body & 5111 Reflector Units too.  Sold as a discounted, complete kit. New ZA12 castings , Chrome plated  assemblies with  Stop & Tail Light  amber & red lenses, assembled on gasket & reflectors  and seals to body for a complete job. 

First introduced for the USA market and often not seen on UK Spec. XK150 until very late. The benefit of these more modern light units means NO  FLASHING RED LIGHTS to confuse the following traffic that are NOT ACCUSTOMED TO OLD STYLE RED INDICATORS. An improvement on the earlier single lens units as they have separate top mounted amber indicators, lower stop tail lenses and additional circular reflector units at their base. They do extend further down the rear wing, so will be obstructed by earlier position over-riders, so later spec. bumper and overriders need to be fitted for a correct modification. NOTE : New castings are stronger and more rigid than the originals, so careful fitting is recommended to fit the wing well. There have been many manufacturers of wings over the decades, so do not assume wings all are the exact correct profile!
