Neoprene splash panel seal ( 6330 ) inserts into slot section then is pushed into place creating a 90° seal ( original felt will promote corrosion).

Bolt panel in place using wing (1732) or larger washers and seal area well as it is very vulnerable to corrosion at these points ( and then falling out of wing during use).
