These panels require the splash panel seal to be inserted into its double edge channel before fitting. Then the panel is pushed into place and the protruding seal creates a 90° angled seal to the back of the  wing . Bolt panel in place using large washers (1732 etc) and seal well as it is very vulnerable to corrosion at these points  and falling out of recess in use.
