Lift the carpet to pull it out via the sprung steel strip handle, and then the pillar jack has access to the chassis lift hole once the jack hole rubber bung ( SEE : 6460 ) is removed. The chassis hole that you lift the car with is just inboard of the sill. Ref. BD3037
