SE463 Custom Fit Racing Waterpump Upgrade Kit for XK120 = 1 SE462 Racing pump, gasket & hose kit plus all pullies, upgrade fan and belt to XK140 spec. Variants of this pump have been used in racing for decades, but this pump is constructed by us as a hybrid, using a big impellor, high-flow saloon pump, specially re-engineered with XK140 boss to drop correctly into alignment using standard pullies, using a new 10mm wide XK140 waterpump pully. To this we add the XK140's 10mm wide Crankshaft pully, 10mm dynamo pulley (will over-run the XK120 spec for better charging output) and matching fan belt. Then we add our new hybrid cooling fan (SE466) for superior performance. Our unique design SE462H hose drops down from the big bore 42mm outlet to the radiator and has extra rubber to allow for any cutting modifications. A tried and tested upgrade from the unusual and now obsolete 20mm wide XK120 fan belt and solves the well known, inherent, overheating problems with this period's XK engines!1 1/4" Outlet will be redundant on XK120, so will need blanking off.

NOTE: Comes with full instruction regarding the slight modification to the timing cover as shown, to remove the peak to prevent the bigger impellor fouling, but this piece may have already corroded away in some cases! This offers the opportunity to smooth out the whole cavity casing face for better coolant flow too.
