1017 x 1 Kit. XK120 & XK140 (O.T.S) ROADSTER windscreen channel frame Tapped Joint Kit (6 pieces in brass) with the screw set to enable you to reassemble windscreen 'D' frames. These joint sections are why the Roadster Screen glasses need to feature rebates (curves) cut out of their edges. Joints sit inside the U-channel to join the curved top to the straight side (90° piece with extra hole) and then secure the scuttle base section (90° joint to centre piece and flat section to the raised section). 

We have made up this cost effective kit to enable you to reassemble a frame with correct size screws and receiving holes (many frames have had oversized screws fitted to the joints after the fine brass threads ripped out!). We can also supply some brass joint sections un-drilled if your frame holes differ from the kit. Frames were hand assembled so you may need to tweek these slightly, as you would expect with 70 year old parts (same as the whole car, to be honest!).
