THIS IS AN EXCHANGE ONLY SERVICE FOR A REBUILT  XK120 LUCAS  CRT WIPER MOTOR WITH A 90° SWEEP DRIVE GEAR. REBUILT FOR US BY LUCAS  ELECTRICAL SPECIALISTS WITH CORRECT BLACK CRACKLE FINISH TO BODY. (It appears with the one photographed they got slightly carried away, painting the top plate too!)

IF YOU SEND A UNIT TO US LESS THE DRIVE GEAR OR WITH INCORRECT GEAR, A REBUILT UNIT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU IN THE SAME CONDITION OR WITH THAT INCORRECT GEAR FITTED. FITS TO VEHICLE  WITH OUR 5190 RUBBER MOUNT PLATE  THAT SCREWS TO BACK OF MOTOR BODY CASING.

NOTE: Ensure you remove, strip and completely regrease the wheelboxes and wiper tubes when you rebuild the wiper motor as old grease tends to solidify and compact up (inside the motors too) , labouring the motor (possibly causing this rebuild). Refit the wiper rack components loose, run the motor and then finally tweek it up, when you are sure it runs freely or it can create additional drag on the motor, which may to another premature rebuild or the drive cable or wheelboxes wearing / breaking etc.

EXCHANGE UNIT TO BE DESPATCHED UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR CORRECT ORIGINAL UNIT.

YOUR UNIT MUST BE SERVICABLE, UNDAMAGED AND COMPLETE TO BE ACCEPTABLE  FOR REBUILD AT THE PRICE STATED.

OTHERWISE PLEASE ACCEPT THAT ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL BE INCURRED, IF IT IS IN FACT RE-USABLE.

PLEASE PRINT OFF AND INCLUDE THE RETURNS NOTE TO VARIFY YOU ARE SENDING A CORRECT EXCHANGE UNIT.

EXCHANGE UNITS WILL ONLY BE DESPATCHED WHEN CORRECT CORE UNITS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.
