6739. A very thin and hard to obtain Glazing Strip supplied in metre lengths , in 0.8mm thickness for more difficult jobs where glass is very tight to fit into the frame for any reason. This is the thin rubber seal to fit fixed glasses directly into their inner metal frames. For example front XK120 roadster screens or FHC front & rear quarter light glasses into their swinging chrome frames. Originally supplied as a soft rubber that hardened in place, known as 'Everseal' in the 1950s period.
