The racing, Billet Type with a fluid inner core to replace standard rubber composite type that tend to delaminate and seperate. May require modification to early XK engines to fit your original spec fan belt pulley (as listed for later 3.8Ltr onwards). Effectively prevents the dangerous and wear-increasing torsional vibrations of the crankshaft. For adjusting the ignition, the vibration damper is labelled with a degree scale.
