2470 x 1.**New product**. A Seat Base Pan to replicate the XK140 / XK150 steel design (dropped bucket section base) cushion base pan, for in the XK120 & XK150 wider frame width (but it can be cut down by 1" to suit the XK140 frames) so it is 'universal'. Moulded in strong fibreglass, slightly oversize (so its trimable), to replicate the steel pan that holds the foam (SEE 2469 etc) into the wood surround (N/A), that sits into the steel base frame (SEE 2444). This was an improvement on the Early, flat base XK120 seats as the drop allows the cushion to give more and the hole to release air to allow the foam to return to shape. 

NOTE : You  still need to make up the wooden outer frame surround, for supporting this plate into the seat frame,  as it is used to trim ( screw / staple) the seat material onto it. SEE DIAGRAM.
