1 x Set of 30pcs. These clever little washers are specifically designed for sealing Early Jaguar design Cam Covers (and breathers too). Developed for racing, they are unique in that they retain the outer copper section but incorporates a high quality, bonded, Nitrile inner centre seal to stop the oil creeping up the threads where the old castings crack and warp. This damage occurs from continual tightening up, trying to stop them leaking. Sadly the early design of Jaguar cam covers (plain topped) lack cast support underneath  the fastening flanges, and as they are of low integrity 'Mazak' (Alumnium Zinc), they just  begin to bend and do begin to  develop stress cracks as they are removed and refitted.

The integrated seal is hidden under the chrome plated acorn nuts (SEE : 8210) once fitted, so they do look completely original in use.......except they aren't leaking!Original Reference : FW104/E

NOTE : This will not cure the Early XK120 'studless cam cover' leaks, as the name suggests, a number of studs were not incorporated over the timing chain areas, so you cannot physically fit this modification to this area, but they will seal the other studs.
