2301 x 1. For all Classic Jaguar XK120 this is the steering column adjuster spring's lower cap (see diagram). These caps, as with all of our own Chrome parts are plated to 'Triple Plate' standard for a long life and resistance to peeling. Original reference C3386.
NOTE : Listed in the Jaguar Parts Book as 'washer at bottom of telescopic dust cover', but as you look, you will note the the small cap will nicely sit against the small wheel nut at the TOP and the two large lower caps (2300) then face each other at the bottom, so the spring looks better tapering upwards in the same way as the later XK140 & XK150 models.
