PLEASE  NOTE:  WE  CANNOT  USE  COURIER SERVICES  TO DELIVER TO  ‘P.O. BOX’  ADDRESSES , IN THE U.K.  OR  OVERSEAS,  AS  THIS  TYPE OF SERVICE  MUST  ALWAYS  BE  SIGNED  FOR  UPON DELIVERY.  PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL DELIVERIES ARE VISUALLY CHECKED UPON RECEIPT, BEFORE SIGNING FOR, OR ARE SIGNED FOR AS UNCHECKED / DAMAGED TO  NOT  VOID  COURIER  INSURANCE  COVER.  CUSTOMERS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING AN ADDRESS WHERE THEIR PARTS CAN BE SIGNED FOR DURING THE WORKING DAY.  *A REDIRECTION FEE MAY APPLY IF INCORRECT DETAILS ARE GIVEN.*   MOST NEXT-DAY  / 3-DAY DELIVERIES  MAY TAKE UP TO ONE MORE WORKING DAY,  BEFORE  A  LATE  DELIVERY  CLAIM  IS  ADMISSIBLE.   WE  CANNOT ACCEPT  LIABILITY  FOR  CLAIMS  RESULTING  FROM  ANY  TYPE OF  LOSS  DUE TO  LATE DELIVERY  OR  LOSS BY A THIRD PARTY AGENT

SEPARATE INSURANCE IS ADDED AS NECESSARY (BY GOODS VALUE) AS WE ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTING YOUR GOODS ON YOUR BEHALF WHILST IN TRANSIT TO YOU WITH A THIRD PARTY. (WE DO NOT INSURE BY STD. COURIER ‘ROAD RATE’ PER KG) GLASS IS NOT   INSURABLE WITH COURIERS, SO IS FOR COLLECTION ONLY OR ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK IF DELIVERY IS STIPULATED! SORRY, WE CANNOT ‘ESTIMATE’ OVERSEAS CARRIAGE. WHEN AN ORDER IS PACKED TO OUR SATISFACTION, WE WILL THEN SUBMIT THE DETAILS TO AT LEAST TWO SPECIALIST SHIPPERS TO OBTAIN THE BEST VALUE QUOTATION FOR DELIVERY. WE ASK THAT ANY SPECIAL ORDERS SUCH AS TRIMSETS OR LARGE PANELS HAVE A 50% DEPOSIT PAID WHEN ORDERING WITH THE BALANCE TO PAY UPON DISPATCH

RETURNS:  UNDER U.K. INLAND  SELLING REGULATIONS, UK MAIL ORDER CUSTOMERS HAVE 7 WORKING DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF GOODS TO ADVISE IF THEY WISH TO RETURN UN-FITTED, UNDAMAGED GOODS.  AFTER THAT A 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE WILL APPLY. SPECIAL ORDER PARTS (i.e. TRIM), USED-ORIGINAL AND NEW–OLD- STOCK ARE EXCLUDED FROM DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS  AND ARE PURCHASED AS  NON-RETURNABLE UNLESS BY PRIOR AGREEMENT. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR WARRANTY OR STATUTORY RIGHTS AND WE WILL ALWAYS LOOK AT ANY RETURNS COMPASSIONATELY

WARRANTY:  COVENTRY AUTO COMPONENTS  OFFER  A  1 YEAR QUALITY WARRANTY (REGARDLESS OF SUPPLIERS TERMS) ON ALL GOODS AND SERVICES,  EXCEPT FOR PERISHABLES.  WE DO NOT COVER CUSTOMER DAMAGE DUE TO MISHANDLING, INCORRECT STORAGE / FITMENT OR MODIFICATION.  IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF CORRECT FITMENT PLEASE CONTACT US FOR ADVICE AS WE OFFER AN UNSURPASSED BACK-UP / ADVICE SERVICE FOR OUR   XK PARTS. WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO PARTS REPLACEMENT / DELIVERY COSTS AND DOES NOT COVER LABOUR OR ANY OTHER ASSOCIATED COSTS. DISPUTED WARRANTY PARTS WILL ONLY BE IMMEDIATELY REPLACED IF CUSTOMER AGREES TO PAY FOR THE REPLACEMENT PART WHILST THE MANUFACTURER HAS CHANCE TO EXAMINE IT.  COSTS  WILL BE REFUNDED ONCE IT IS  VALIDATED AS A WARRANTY CLAIM. 

TAXES:  AS  A  TRADE  OUTLET AND INTERNATIONAL  SELLER,  PRICES  ARE QUOTED WITH & WITHOUT VAT ON THE STORE (CURRENTLY  @ + 20%  TAXABLE RATE  IN THE  UK) . PURCHASES IN THE UK ARE AUTOMATICALLY  TAXED. OVERSEAS EEC MEMBERS ARE SUBJECT TO VAT, UNLESS A CURRENT VALID EXEMPTION NUMBER IS PROVIDED AND CAN BE VERIFIED. NON-EEC COUNTRIES ARE EXEMPT FROM VAT ON DIRECT EXPORT SHIPPING ONLY.  ALL PARTS COLLECTED WILL BE WITH V.A.T. PAID.  A VAT REFUND CLAIM FORM CAN BE PROVIDED, IF REQUESTED. THIS IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLETE, HAVE CUSTOMS  CORRECTLY STAMP IT  UPON LEAVING THE UK , AND THEN SAFELY  MAIL/ RETURN TO US

REBUILT UNITS: OUR REBUILT / EXCHANGE SERVICES ARE BASED ON A USABLE CORE EXCHANGE. THEREFORE ASSUME THAT YOUR UNIT WILL NOT BE THE UNIT RETURNED TO YOU, UNLESS IT IS PRE-ARRANGED AND IS SENT WITH CLEAR EXPLANATORY LABELLING.  SPEEDOMETER  MILEAGES WILL  ALWAYS BE RESET TO ZERO  UNLESS STIPULATED OTHERWISE.
